HOW TO USE
Shake the bottle before each use to activate our dual-phase formula. Moisten a cotton pad and place over closed eyes to dissolve any makeup. Use a gentle sweeping motion along your eyelids from the inner to the outer corner of your eye, until all makeup is removed.
